About
The Burleson Tea Party is a grassroots group (no paychecks for us!) working to reduce government spending and to prevent impending taxes resulting from the bailouts, stimulus packages, and increased budgets.
Our first gathering was part of a nationwide phenomon on April 15th. Other American Citizens in over 300 cities joined us it letting our elected officials know we are not happy with what is happening with our government.
Originally this site was setup to keep everyone updated about the event, but now we are using it to keep everyone informed on current bills, events, and whatever you need to know to be silent no more.
